Flu Season Information

For the 2010-2011 flu season, University Pediatric Association will be providing flu shots for patients, through a special clinic beginning September 20 and running through October 30. The clinic will be located at 1602 Rock Prairie Road in the West Medical Office Building in Suite 220, one floor below UPA. 

The clinic provides traditional shots, and the Flumist vaccine, to anyone 6 months and older. UPA will handle the insurance paperwork for all existing UPA patients, and include any charges on your monthly statement. Vaccinations for non-UPA patients are available at a cost of $25 for shots, and $30 for FluMist.

Sept. 20, 22, 24, 27, 29

Oct. 1, 4, 8, 11, 13, 15, 18, 22, 25, 27, 29

The flu clinic does NOT accept credit/debit cards.

Payment for non-UPA patients must be by cash or check.

Hours: 9am-5pm
